The plaintiff has presented this application for permission to amend the plaint so as to indicate that the third defendant is represented by the Court appointed Guardian.

2. By order dated 13.10.2022 in A.No.3002 of 2022, a Court Guardian was appointed for the third defendant. This application is consequential thereto.

3. On instructions, learned counsel for the first defendant states that he has no objection to this application being allowed.

4. Upon examining the affidavit in support and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, this application is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the applicant/plaintiff is permitted to carry out the amendments in the plaint on or before 28.02.2023 and serve a copy of the amended plaint on the defendants.
