Decree : This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on Monday, the Eleventh Day of January Two Thousand and Twenty One, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the Judgments and Decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of first instance and the material papers in the case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.V.Venkataseshan, Advocate for the Appellant and Mr.S.Vediappan, Advocate for the Respondents 2 and 4 to 11 and wherein the 1st and 3rd respondents having been dead, and having stood over for consideration till this day, this Court doth order and decree as follows :
1.That the Judgment and decree of the Court of the Additional District Judge, Thiruvannamalai dated 11.06.1999 made in A.S.No.18 of 1997 confirming the judgment and decree of the Court of the Second Additional District Munsif, Thiruvannamalai dated 29.11.1996 made in O.S.Nos.385 of 1983, be and hereby is confirmed and this Second Appeal is dismissed; and 2.That there be no costs in this Second Appeal.
