O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the bail condition imposed on 14.10.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.21215 of 2019 by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chennai.

2. The petitioner was granted bail on 14.10.2019 by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.21215 of 2019 and one of the bail conditions stipulated was that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 5.00 p.m. Until further orders".

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions from 21.10.2019 to 06.01.2020 and the charge sheet is not taken on file.

4. This Court is of the opinion that the petitioner shall approach the concerned Court for the relief sought for.
