ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that he has not been paid difference of gratuity amount, leave salary amount and PRBS as per the 7th Pay Commission. The petitioner relies upon G.O.Ms.No.303 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 11.10.2017. The petitioner has also given a representation on 05.12.2022 to the respondents seeking for aforementioned payment. Since the representation has not been considered till date, he has filed this writ petition.

Heard Mr.J.Pradeep, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned standing counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this
Court.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondents to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2022 seeking for difference of gratuity amount, leave salary and PRBS based on the 7th Pay Commission and as per G.O.Ms.No.303 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 11.10.2017 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
