2.It is seen from the said order that the Government had passed G.O.MS.No.29 of 2012 dated 18.01.2012, providing for a procedure for recruitment of Staff Nurses in Government Hospitals. 3.In view of the same, the claim of the petitioners for appointment has been rejected. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. No costs. Leaving it open to the petitioners to challenge the said order.
