PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent 1 to 4 to grant the benefit of the regular employee of the 3rd respondent Municipality w.e.f. the date of our working in the 3rd respondent Municipality i.e. 1982/1983 by also taking into the 3rd respondents recommendations vide their letter dated 17.09.1998 pay the difference, and also grant the benefit of General Provident Fund taking into account of the 3rd respondents letter dated 23.09.2014 sent to the 4th respondent, pay Pension and other terminal benefits which a permanent employee who worked in the 3rd respondent Municipality would have been paid.
