ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed against the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 18.10.2024 passed by this Court in WP No.29232 of 2024.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the proceedings of the common cadre Authority dated 10.02.2025 was placed before this Court.

In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition and accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
