This Court, by an order dated 02.03.2020 in W.P.No.23496 of 2019 directed the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 23.01.2018 and 26.06.2019 and take appropriate steps to update https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cont. P.No.71 of 2021 the patta of the petitioner, within a period of four weeks. Since the order has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court on 02.03.2020 has been complied with.

3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed, as no further adjudication is required in this petition.
