..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to consider the representation of the

1st petitioner dated 07.10.2017 seeking employment for the second petitioner in the light of the judgment rendered in Writ Petition No.23718 of 2017 dated 12.09.2017.

O R D E R

The immovable property belongs to the family of the writ petitioners were acquired by the respondents for the purpose of allotting the same to the Neyveli Lignite Corporation. Thus, the writ petitioner is entitled to avail the priority Quota under the Land losers category.

2.The grievances of the writ petitioner is that he is fully qualified for appointment and he submitted an application to consider his case for providing an appointment under the Priority Quota allotted for Land losers category. In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted a representation on 07.10.2017, which is yet to be considered.

3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 07.10.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all other relevant documents, if any, along with the order passed in the present writ petition.

4.With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
