This petition has been filed for extension of time to conduct the Election to the 5th respondent-Association, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 21.09.2020.

3.In view of the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition for not conducting the Election within the stipulated time by this Court in C.M.P.No.232 of 2020 in C.R.P.(PD) No. 2716 of 2019, time is extended for a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
