These petitions are filed (i) to condone the delay of 409 days in filing the petition to set-aside the order of abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent (ii) to set-aside the order of the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent (iii) to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent and also to condone the delay in filing a petition to set aside the order of abatement caused due to the death of the second appellant and the proposed fourth respondent and to bring on record their legal heirs in the above appeal.
2. Ms.R.Poornima, learned counsel appearing for the respondents did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, these petitions are allowed.
