This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 08.04.2015 is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. This petitioner has lodged a complaint against one Shalini and the said Shalini has lodged a complaint against this petitioner. While so, the respondent police have conducted enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and closed it on 29.06.2015, advising the petitioner to work out her remedy before the Civil Court. The respondent passed a detailed order closing the compliant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and a copy of the order has also been sent to the counsel for the petitioner by name Mr.R.Ravindra Ram. Now, a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar. Hence, the petition is closed.
