Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to pass orders for granting affiliation in favour of the petitioner college in respect of Degree courses as per the affiliation demand statement (20212022) issued by the 1st respondent Anna University uploaded on 27.8.2021 and include the name of the petitioner college in the Online counseling conducted by the 3rd and 4th respondents for the academic year 2021- 2022 based on the representation already submitted by the petitioner college dated 18.8.2021 and 27.8.2021.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order passed in the writ petition was confirmed in the writ appeal and it was further confirmed by the Apex Court and the SLP was dismissed. That apart, the academic year 2021-2022 is also over.

2.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly the same is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
