This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in charge sheet in CC.No.112 of 2013 on the file of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of this petition the trial has been conducted and the same has ended in acquittal and he had also made an endorsement to that effect:
