This application has been filed seeking leave of this Court to produce additional documents.

The learned counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application, on condition that the documents can be received subject to its admission, proof and relevancy.

This Court has perused and examined the affidavit filed in support of this application and as sufficient cause has been shown, this Court is inclined to allow this application, however, it is made clear that the documents are allowed to be received and marked as exhibits subject to its admission, proof and relevancy. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the additional documents are allowed to be received and marked on the side of the defendants, subject to its admission, proof and relevancy.
