This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking suspension of sentence imposed on him by the learned Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Villupuram, Villupuram District in C.A.No.44 of 2015 dated 10.10.2018 by partly allowing the appeal filed by the petitioner herein and confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villlupuram, Villupuram District in respect of the offence under Section 408 IPC in C.C.No.301 of 2003 dated 08.09.2015 and enlarge him on bail pending disposal of the above criminal revision. In spite of opportunities, the petitioner has not surrendered before the trial Court. Therefore, this miscellaneous petition seeking suspension of sentence is dismissed.
