ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register an FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.04.2015 in C.S.R.No.156 of 2015 and to investigate the same in the manner known to law, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.04.2015, in CSR.No.156 of 2015, the petition enquiry is pending before the respondent police. 4.It is seen that the dispute is between the petitioner/wife and husband and in-laws. Hence, the respondent Police is directed to refer the complaint to the Social Welfare Committee for enquiry in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
