In view of the order passed in W.P.No.11317 of 2015 challenging the final order in G.O.Ms.No.334 passed by the first respondent therein, dated 27.06.2013 confirming the order passed by the second respondent, dated 27.6.2008 and the consequential order of the first respondent, dated 11.4.2014 imposing penalty of reduction of 1/3 of pension and D.C.R.G., based on the charge memo No.18797/2003/A2, dated 18.8.2003, of the respondent, challenged in the present writ petition, the writ petition has become infructuous.
