ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction on the respondents not to put the detenu, the petitioner's husband, Karuna @ Karunakaran @ Manokaran, S/o Subramani, aged 48 years, in solitary confinement and direct the respondents to put the petitioner husband in common cell like other prison. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. During the hearing on the earlier occasion, it was submitted by the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor that the detenu is kept in a separate cell as per his wish and that there is no solitary confinement, which is evident from the order dated 10.7.2015.

4. In view of the fact that the prayer of the petitioner is similar to the action taken by the prison authorities, as is evident vide order dated 10.7.2015, we find no case to entertain this petition.
