AM, imposed on the petitioner by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.OP. No. 23026 of 2021 dated 02/12/2021 and pass any other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and necessary in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KALAIKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23026 of 2021 on 02.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
