ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to register the complaint dated 10.04.2015 against the respondents 2 to 4 and to take appropriate action, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1 and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen that an injunction order in favour of the petitioner has been granted restraining the opposite party from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

interfering with the property in question. Hence, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court by making necessary applications seeking police protection.
