ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent-police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, current paper enquiry was conducted in C.No.96/2025 dated 02.09.2025 and the same was closed as early as on 23.10.2025 and the petitioners were called only for enquiry and that the respondent-police are not unnecessarily harassing the petitioners.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition stands closed. 23.02.2026 skt NCC : Yes/No 2/4
