When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition, however, he prayed this Court to grant liberty to the petitioner for filing revision before the Government and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to file revision before the Government under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983. No costs.
