The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.36 of 2022 registered by the respondent police for the offences under Sections 103(a), 04 of Trade Mark Act, 1999.

When the matter is taking up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in Cr.No.36 of 2022.

Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition if need arises.
