Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition has been filed to condone the delay of 254 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.2731 of 2025.

2. Since the petition is filed to condone the delay in filing the Appeal, the petition in C.M.P.No.698 of 2025 is allowed on condition that the Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 254 days.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order and to print the name of learned Counsel for the Respondent-2, if Vakalat is filed and found proper.
