The respondents may reduce the following points in their counter:

i) Their right to claim that a sum of Rs. 99 Lakhs which was dues of the erstwhile owner when the debt is barred after November, 2019.

ii) The petitioner had already paid a sum of Rs. 99 Lakhs and therefore reasonably expects the same to be adjusted with the current consumption charges.

iii ) The statement made by the learned Senior counsel that the security deposit as such has to be paid and that it shall be paid if calculated in accordance with the rules by the respondents.
