Respondent Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent police to register the complaint against the said person based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.03.2015 in C.S.R.No.404 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and investigate the case as per law and deal with the said person for the cognizable offences committed by him against the petitioner and to give police protection to the petitioner and his family.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.03.2015 in C.S.R.No.404 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, investigate the same and to give police protection to the petitioner and his family, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.404 of 2014 before the respondent. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
