ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to direct the first respondent to complete the investigation made on the complaints dated 10.10.2022 by the petitioner made against the respondents 2 to 4 which was received on file by the 1st respondent vide C.No.P1/E3317008/1130/SP-GDP/2022 dated 10.10.2022 and file final report within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court and give adequate protection to the life and property of the petitioner. 2.

On instructions the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, it was forwarded to the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tiruppur and the Inspector of Police has issued summons to the petitioner and other parties and the enquiry is pending.

Considering the above submission, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tiruppur is directed to complete the enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law, with the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
