ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the S.T.C.No.204 of 2014, pending on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram, and to transfer the same to the file of the Principal Sub-Judge, Tindivanam to try along with S.C.No.266 of 2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is of the year 2014 in S.C.No.204 of 2014, on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Villupuram, the grounds raised by the petitioner for transfer the case from the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Villupuram to Principal SubJudge, Tindivanam to try along with S.C.No.266 of 2016, cannot be considered at this stage.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Villupuram,is directed to complete the entire trial process within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
