(CRIME NO.1698/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in ints order dated 29.10.2020 and made in Crl.O.P.No.16459 of 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.U.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16459 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16459 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
