CRIME NO.2005 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in para 04 on them in the Crl.MP.No.6584 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.12438 of 2020 dated on 02.11.2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ROOBANKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police first working day of every month until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6584 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12438 of 2020, dated 02.11.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6584 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12438 of 2020, dated 02.11.2020, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
