No. 3062/2020 Ma.Vu.Thi.Ku (CM-6) Regional Local Planning Authority of the Third Respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents herein to extend the Planning Permission for a further period of 3 years in respect of the planning permit No. 83/2011 dated 15.10.2012 in Na. Ka. No. 124/2011 Ma.Vu.Thi.Ku for the project TODAYSurvey Nos. 1356/2, 1376, 1377, 1378/1A, 1491/1 and 1491/2, Thaiyur B Village, OMR Road, Chengalpet Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
