Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 that the petitioner in WP.No.11799 of 2012 already retired from service and he was paid Special Grade. It is also submitted that the petitioner in WP.No.11800 of 2012 is receiving for Special Grade and he is still in service. 4.

Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, both the writ petitions are closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
