Sessions Judge at Chennai.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the mother of the detenu V.Mohan Rangam @ Mohana Rangam for a direction to the respondents to grant three months parole for the convict and the detenu V.Mohan Rangam @ Mohana Rangan S/o Valliappan now under the custody of the 1st respondent herein bearing Convict No.12599, and convicted in S.C.No.227/1994 on the file of the Hon'ble III Addl. Sessions Judge at Chennai.

2. This Court, by order dated 16.10.2015, granted one month leave to the detenu from 26.10.2015 to 25.11.2015. This matter is posted today for reporting compliance.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instruction, submits that the the detenu, after availing one month leave, returned to the prison on 25.11.2015.

4. Recording the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
