ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 30.10.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.No.41251 of 2025, thereby directing the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner and to disburse the consequential monetary benefis, within a period of six weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court the second respondent approved the appointment of the petitioner by the proceeding dated 30.03.2026. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 30.03.2026 before this Court. 3.
