This revision arises against an order dismissing an application filed for permitting the petitioner to depose in H.M.O.P.No.2585 of 2020 through her power agent.
2. Mr.V.M.Venkataramana, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would file a memo and bring to the notice of this Court that pending the proceedings, the petitioner Mylammal passed away on 08.03.2023. Consequently, according to him the divorce proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.2585 of 2020 itself has become infructuous.

3. This position is not being controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned IV Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai is requested to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.2585 of 2020 as having become infructuous since the respondent wife is no more. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
