This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to survey and measure the petitioner's property comprised in Original Punja Survey Nos.303/2 and 303/4 and in Patta numbers 64 and 482, situated at Kattukottai Village, Athur Taluk, Athur.

2. While pending this Writ Petition, the second respondent in the presence of the petitioner, the Village Administrative Officer of Kattukottai Village and the Firka Surveyor of the said Village, surveyed the subject land and also recorded the statement of the petitioner. On a perusal of the statement of the petitioner, it is also evident that the second respondent surveyed the subject land.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
