PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on the representation/complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.12.2018.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. It is seen from the records that the respondent police in order to enquire the petitioner based on the complaint, have issued the summons under Section 160 and 91(1) Cr.P.C., to the petitioner, which is found at page Nos.14 to 16 of the typed set of papers.

4. This Court does not find any illegality in the summon issued by the respondents on the petitioner. There is absolutely no merit in this petition and hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
