These applications have been filed to direct the 1st respondent/1st defendants to furnish security for the suit claim failing which to attach the immovable property of the first respondent.

2. It is the contention of the applicant that proceedings are pending before NCLT for liquidation.

3. In view of the same, these applications are closed.
