The Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of CPC against the judgment and decree dated 02.08.1999 in A.S.No.76 of 1998 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Thiruvannamalai confirming the judgment and decree dated 27.02.1998 in O.S.No.441 of 1985 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Thiruvannamalai.

JUDGMENT
The second appeal is directed as against the judgment and decree dated 02.08.1999 in A.S.No.76 of 1998 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Thiruvannamalai confirming the judgment and decree dated 27.02.1998 in O.S.No.441 of 1985 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Thiruvannamalai.
2. When the matter was listed on 09.01.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be posted on 13.01.2020 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today(13.01.2020), no representation for the appellant.
