This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 33 days in filing the writ appeal.

2. Though learned counsel for the respondent raised some objection, considering the fact that there is only a short delay of 33 days, and satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
