(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.A.Ansar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The petitioner is challenging the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
3. For invoking writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, no separate application, seeking leave, is required. Hence, W.M.P.No.584 of 2024 stands disposed of. The writ petition is considered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the alternate remedy.
5. The writ petition, as such, stands disposed of as withdrawn. The petitioner may avail the liberty as may be permissible under law. In that event all contentions of the respective parties are kept open. There shall be no order as to costs.
