ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant ordinary leave for 90 days to the petitioner's husband, the detenu Ayyanar, S/o Chinnathambi, aged about 45 years, Convict No.74299, detained at Central Prison, Salem. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the detenu/Ayyanar has been granted 30 days ordinary leave by order of this Court dated 16.09.2015, and after availing the said leave, he has also returned to the prison and therefore, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
