ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1-A) of T.N.P.Act and under Section 420 of I.P.C and 7 & 11 of Tamil Nadu R.S.Rules 2000 in Crime No. 04 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has already been arrested and subsequently released on bail.
