The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 30.06.2020 as an FIR and to take action in accordance with law.

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 30.06.2020 as a FIR and to take action in accordance with law.

When the matter is taken up today, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that similar complaint has been received from one Ramu, Assistant Commissioner of HR & CE and a case in Crime No.4858 of 2021 has been registered against the same accused for the offences under Section 457, 511 of IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
