The petitioner, who was arrested on 20.03.2015 for an alleged offence under Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offices Act, 2012, in Crime No.24 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the father of the victim girl, aged about 17 years. The petitioner kidnapped the victim girl, from his house and had an intercourse, by giving false assurance that he would marry her. Hence, he lodged the present complaint.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner denied the said allegation. He further submitted that a false case has been foisted against the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that there is no previous case registered as against the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the period of incarceration, I am of the opinion that bail could be granted to the petitioner by imposing stringent conditions.

Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent-police daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 4.00 p.m., until further orders.
