Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent herein for his willful disobedience of the order in WMP.No.13718 of 2025 in WP.No.12566 of 2024 dated 03.06.2024 passed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Court by order dated 03.06.2024 had passed the following order:

"Prima facie, since the action has not been taken immediately and seems to be belated and secondly, since it is only on the ground of communal rotation, I am inclined to grant interim stay, especially considering the fact that the petitioner is in service. Therefore, there shall be an order of interim stay for a period of eight weeks. Notice to the respondents, returnable by 10.08.2024."

2. However, claiming that the petitioner has not been reinstated in the service, she has filed this contempt petition.

3. No case has been made out. Therefore, this contempt petition is dismissed.
