This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in Crime No.148 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal. 2.The learned counsel for the Government (Crl.Side) representing the 1st respondent would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.148 of 2015. After conducting enquiry, the case has been closed as mistake of fact. 3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
