This Court, on 21.01.2025, while relaxing the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court on 03.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.30153 of 2024, has directed the petitioner to report before the respondent Police on the First Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, however, inadvertently, it is mentioned as on every Saturday. Therefore, the condition 3 of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.525 of 2025 dated 21.01.2025 shall be read as follows :- " [b] Considering the above submissions and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30153 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on the First Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders;"

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue fresh copy of the order today (31.01.2025).
