These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1189 days in seeking the abatement caused by the death of the first appellant, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first appellant and the first respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant and the first respondent.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

3.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and consequently, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Second Appeal.
